Yes. Rezto is a prepaid subscription service. Purchase a plan, get your license activated instantly, and start using the software.
How do I pay and activate my license?
Rezto is a prepaid subscription — like a mobile recharge, but yearly. Choose your period (1, 2, or 3 years), pay via UPI, and your license activates immediately. When your period ends, recharge to continue. No lock-in, no auto-debit — you control when you recharge.
I already have a license. Do I pay full price for an add-on?
No. If your base license is active, add-ons are charged at their add-on price only — Waiter App ₹150/mo, Warehouse ₹150/mo, TV Display Board ₹500/mo (all base prices, +18% GST each). The base price of ₹799 is not charged again. Final amounts: Waiter ₹177, Warehouse ₹177, TV Display ₹590 per month. The Owner Panel calculates the correct amount automatically including GST.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available in cases of double payment, technical failure on our side, or payment made for a non-existent branch. Once a license is activated and used, refunds are not offered. See our full Refund Policy for details and the refund processing timeline (maximum 10 business days).
Can I use Rezto for multiple restaurant branches?
Yes. Each branch requires its own license at ₹799/month (base) + 18% GST = ₹942.82/month per branch. If you have 3 branches, you pay ₹799 × 3 = ₹2,397/month base + GST = ₹2,828.46/month. One Owner account can manage all branches from a single dashboard.
Are there any transaction fees or commissions?
None. Rezto charges a flat monthly license fee only. There are no per-order fees, no transaction commissions, and no revenue sharing. Base price is ₹799/month per branch, plus 18% GST (₹942.82/month total). For add-ons: Waiter App ₹150 base (₹177 with GST), Warehouse ₹150 base (₹177 with GST), TV Display ₹500 base (₹590 with GST).
